Make the Most of Your TriCounty Area Chamber Membership: Resources, Relationships, Recognition
Being a member of the TriCounty Area Chamber is more than just a listing in a directory—it’s an investment in your business, your career, and your community. The Chamber offers programs, events, and opportunities designed to help you grow, connect, and make an impact. The bottom line? What you put into your membership is what you’ll get out of it.
Programs That Empower and Connect
Leadership TriCounty is a tuition-based program administered through the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc. Since 1993, it has prepared more than 250 community members for leadership roles in the tri-county area. Each class is limited to 25 individuals selected for their potential to expand their community involvement. Participants represent business, government, the arts, volunteer and social organizations, education, professional groups, labor, hospitals, and utilities—each with a demonstrated commitment to leadership in both their workplace and community.
REACH is not an acronym—it’s a philosophy. We REACH out to lend a hand, share our time, talents, and gifts, and support others professionally and personally. The program, designed by an active committee of professional women, focuses on networking, professional development, and educational opportunities to empower and inspire participants in their careers and communities.
TriCounty Young Professionals is a vibrant program for professionals aged 21-40 working in Berks, Chester, and Montgomery Counties. This diverse group connects ambitious, visionary individuals across industries and backgrounds. With multiple events each month, participants access professional development, networking opportunities, social events, and community service initiatives—building connections and gaining tools for career and personal success.
