Our Structure:

Led by strong volunteer leadership in partnership with the Chamber staff, TCACC has an organizational structure designed to allocate resources to provide the highest level of services to our Members. We maximize the talents, skills, and knowledge of Members, staff, and other strategic alliances to deliver services at reasonable dues and fees. Our leaders and staff will actively listen and consistently identify and meet Members’ needs in a culture of excellence and professionalism.

What is an Educational Improvement Organization (EIO) Program?

The TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc. has been approved by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to receive monies from businesses under Act 4 of 2001, which amended the Public-School Code to authorize tax credits for businesses that make contributions to educational improvement organizations. Designated as an EIO by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the TCACC Foundation, Inc. funds vocational career development programs for students in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade in Chamber Member public school districts. Businesses may contribute to the Foundation’s EIO program; businesses who donate funds to an EIO are eligible to receive 75 to 90 percent PA state tax credits on contributions up to $300,000.

The TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce (TCACC) Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization established in 2002, as an affiliate of the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce, to promote community and workforce development in western Montgomery, southeastern Berks, and northern Chester Counties. The Foundation provides funding for initiatives that support the vocational career development needs of the region’s public-school districts as an Educational Improvement Organization as dedicated by the state. Through the Foundation the Chamber also facilitates Leadership TriCounty and REACH.

What Programs does the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce have?

REACH - Programming is designed by an active committee of professional women focusing on bringing together professionals in the tri-county region to network, build relationships, and access professional development and educational opportunities designed to empower and inspire. Includes socials, luncheons, community service opportunities, and an annual conference.

TriCounty Young Professionals - Vibrant program designed for professionals aged 21-40 working in the area. This diverse group brings together ambitious, visionary individuals from various industries and backgrounds who are eager to connect, grow, and give back to their community. Whether you’re seeking career advancement, personal growth, or meaningful connections, TriCounty Young Professionals provides the perfect space to thrive through socials, community services, and an annual summit.

Leadership TriCounty - Leadership TriCounty is our tuition-based program administered through the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc. Since its inception in 1993, the program has prepared more than 250 community members for leadership positions in the tri-county area. Each Leadership class is comprised of no more than 25 individuals who have been selected for their potential to expand their involvement in the development of the tri-county area. Each member has made a demonstrated commitment to leadership in both their community and place of employment.
