Harrison Santangelo was appointed President at the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce in June of 2025. He brings a strong background in business development and marketing, having held key positions across the construction, gaming, and advertising industries, and most recently, spending four years helping lead a chamber in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Harrison's educational journey includes studies at the University of Pittsburgh, Montgomery County Community College, Rosemont College, and Villanova University, following his grade school years in the Owen J. Roberts School District. He takes pride in his advocacy efforts, his ability to promote and connect both large corporations and small businesses, his experience in planning large community events, and work in destination tourism marketing.

Born in Villanova, Harrison moved to Pottstown at the age of five. He married his high school sweetheart, Stephanie, in 2018, and they spent six years living in Myrtle Beach, SC. After their time at the beach, Harrison and Stephanie relocated back to Pottstown, PA, where they now reside with their three children, Thea, Benjamin, and James. Outside of his professional life, Harrison enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, cooking, and playing sports. He also has a passion for building and racing cars and established a 501c3 in 2022 called Driving Positivity, aiming to develop the next generation of motorsport professionals and enthusiasts.

Harrison looks forward to helping the local business community thrive and is always available to discuss ways to improve the TriCounty region!

Alice joined the Chamber in July 2021 as the Events and Member Programs Director and has been your liaison for the many programs that the Chamber offers. In December 2024, Alice was promoted to Acting President, to oversee the operations while the Board of Directors plan for the future.

Alice grew up with entrepreneurial parents who owned and operated a few franchises. She has a BA degree in Journalism/Public Relations from Rider University as well as a MA degree in Corporate Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Her public relations, marketing and event planning career has crossed many business genres, including a water company, a drug and alcohol rehab, a wholesale food cooperative, an insurance agency, an insurance professionals’ advocacy group as well as the Greater Keene Chamber of Commerce in Keene, New Hampshire. Alice also has owned her own scrapbooking business for the past 25 years. She understands the operations of big corporations, small offices, membership-based organizations, as well as sole proprietorships.

Originally from New Jersey, Alice started her career, met her husband (Jim) at work, and had 3 children (Danny, 29 and twins, Nikki, and Bill, 28. The family spent eight years in Keene, New Hampshire, where her children attended high school, and the twins left for college. In 2017, Jim was transferred to Pennsylvania and now Alice, Jim and Danny reside in Morgantown, PA, Nikki lives with her family in RI, and Bill in MD. Alice loves time with her family a new grandson in RI, and extended family in FL.

Hailey Heimbach is the Marketing and Communications Director for the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce. She joined the Chamber in September 2021 and also serves as the Committee Chair for the TriCounty Young Professionals. In her role, Hailey is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to enhance the Chamber’s visibility, engage members, and promote local business growth.

Hailey is a native of Pennsylvania and a proud graduate of Coastal Carolina University. She earned both her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and her Master of Business Administration in just four years. During her time at Coastal, Hailey was a highly engaged student leader—serving as an officer in the American Marketing Association, the Fundraising Chair for Delta Sigma Pi (the University’s co-ed business fraternity), and Vice President of the Women’s Club Lacrosse Team. She also played one year of Division I Lacrosse. In graduate school, she served as the MBA Representative, Treasurer, and Social Media Coordinator for the Graduate Student Association and worked as a Graduate Assistant in the Marketing and Hospitality Department of the Wall College of Business.

In addition to her role at the Chamber, Hailey serves on the Marketing Committee and Board of Directors for the Foundation for Pottstown Education and remains active in her community. She coaches youth lacrosse, volunteers her time to support local organizations, and enjoys spending time with her family.

When she’s not working or volunteering, you can find Hailey outdoors soaking up the sun, baking, reading, doing work for her own small business, or binge-watching a good show. Her passion for marketing, strong work ethic, and background as a former athlete fuel her collaborative spirit and results-driven approach in all that she does.
