Before going to a networking event with a colleague, friend or your boss, think to yourself, "How will I introduce that person?" Can you introduce your networking tag teammate to others in an interesting and complimentary way? It is much easier for you to sing your partner's praises. Conversation is facilitated and your partner will be flattered.
