Neen James, an engaging and proven corporate strategist, as well as speaker, consultant, and author of
Folding Time and Attention Pays. She has been named one of the Top 30 Leadership Speakers by Global Guru several years in a row because of her work with companies like Viacom, Comcast, and Virtuoso Travel among others.
We chose Neen because she is a leadership expert who will challenge conference attendees to prioritize focusing on what matters most in their work and lives.

Kim E. Fraites-Dow
Kim E. Fraites-Dow, the CEO of Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania (GSEP), joined the organization in 2011 as the Chief Development and Marketing Officer and later served as Chief Operating Officer. An executive nonprofit leader with 20 years of professional experience, Kim has expertise in managing operations, facilities, product sales, partnerships, marketing and brand management, board relations, and fundraising for nonprofit institutions.
Integral to Kim’s success has been her leadership in recruiting key personnel, building collaboration across diverse teams of people, leading organizational change management, and developing relationships across GSEP’s nine-county footprint. Together with the Board, staff, and volunteers, GSEP earned top 10 status nationally for girl and adult membership, serving close to 40,000 girls with the help of more than 15,000 adult volunteers.
Kim will share how her career brought her from music to the Girl Scouts and how she is now guiding young girls to “Crush It” as future leaders.
Denise Nakano
Denise Nakano, is the midday anchor for KYW Newsradio, and former NBC 10 anchor, where she covered some of the region’s biggest stories, including the deadly Market Street collapse, the Amtrak train derailment, and Superstorm Sandy.
Denise will tell her story of
“Crushing It” as a broadcast journalist and how she has the best job in the world. “It’s the one job where I get to meet new people and learn something new every day,” she says.
Denise has been recognized with a national Edward R. Murrow Award for best documentary and with seven national and regional Emmy Awards for breaking news, investigative reporting, and for her coverage of the local heroin epidemic, which the City of Philadelphia honored her with a proclamation to recognize her reporting.
Denise is an active member and previous national board representative of the Asian American Journalists Association. She has worked in radio prior to her 24 years in television news, that spanned the country from California, New York, Washington, and Pennsylvania.

Ginger Kunkel
Ginger Kunkel is the President and former Chief Operating Officer at Tompkins Community Bank, and recently served as the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Loan Officer of Riverview Financial Corporation and Riverview Bank.
Ginger will tell us her story of how she “Crushed It” through her 31-years in the banking industry. She has held management roles in banks operating with 1 billion to 18 billion dollars. While the majority of her career was devoted to Commercial and Industrial Lending through several counties in Pennsylvania, she also has experience in Operations and Retail.
Ginger serves on many non-profit boards and is an active community supporter. Ginger’s story includes how she’s
“Crushed It” within a predominantly male industry.
