Newsmagazine Flyer Insert (Availability – Monthly)
A newsmagazine insert sponsorship entitles your company to an 8½” x 11” flyer to be placed in the Chamber’s Member mailing of the Route 422 Business Advisor. The Chamber mails 1,200 newsmagazines monthly to Chamber Members. The cost of a newsmagazine insert is $275 if you provide the Chamber with 1,200 copies or $350 if the Chamber runs copies for you. A Chamber staff member must approve the insert and a newsmagazine insert policy must be completed and filed with the Chamber.
Membership Mixer (Availability – Monthly)
Membership Mixers are held monthly at a Chamber Member’s facility. Membership Mixers provide a great opportunity to have potential customers visit your facility and also allow for great networking for the attendees. To host a Membership Mixer your facility must be within 10 miles of the Chamber office. The host provides refreshments and can provide tours and door prizes, etc. The Chamber invites the entire Chamber Membership via an e-mail or fax invitation to the event the Friday before the scheduled Membership Mixer. A flyer invitation is also included in the Newsmagazine the month prior to your mixer. A mixer application must be completed and filed with the Chamber. The cost of hosting a Membership Mixer is $200 plus any catering expenses.
Membership Breakfast Co-Sponsorship (Availability – Bi-monthly)
Membership Breakfasts are held every other month (September, November, January, March, May, and June) at various locations. The average 100-150 attendees. A sponsorship entitles your company to a 3-minute presentation, the exclusive sponsor opportunity to place literature / give-aways at each place setting, banner displayed, and two complimentary breakfasts. Sponsor logos (if provided) are included on the event flyer. The cost to sponsor a Membership Breakfast is $300. (A Member can opt to take both sponsorships for $600, therefore speaking for 6 minutes.)
WOW Luncheon Co-Sponsorship (Availability – Monthly)
Women of the Workforce (WOW) Luncheons are held monthly and focus on business issues that are of interest to women in business. A sponsorship entitles your company to a 3-minute presentation, the exclusive sponsor opportunity to place literature / give-aways at each place setting, banner displayed, and a complimentary lunch. Sponsor logos (if provided) are included on the event flyer. All Chamber Members are welcome to attend WOW Luncheons. The cost to sponsor a WOW Luncheon is $125. (A Member can opt to take both sponsorships for $250, therefore speaking for 6 minutes.)
Television Show Sponsorship (Availability – Monthly)
The Chamber’s television program, TriCounty Chamber Update, reaches 65,000 homes every Wednesday night on PCTV, Channel 28. The same Chamber program airs for four consecutive Wednesday nights. By sponsoring TriCounty Chamber Update, your 5-minute commercial will be aired mid-way through the Chamber’s show for the four consecutive Wednesday nights. PCTV will come to your place of business to tape the 5-minute non-rehearsed commercial (price includes taping of the commercial). The cost of the Television Show Sponsorship is $500. If you have an existing commercial the cost is $250.
Coffee Sponsorship (Availability – Monthly)
Approximately 300 visitors enjoy coffee in the Chamber’s boardroom every month. By sponsoring the coffee station, your 8½” x 11” framed flyer and brochures or business cards will be prominently displayed at the coffee stations. The cost of the Coffee Sponsorship is $50 per month.
Additional marketing opportunities are available for events such as: Annual Dinner, Annual Golf Outing & Picnic, Economic Development Luncheon, Boyertown Area Progress Dinner, Fall & Spring Job Fairs, Senior Jubilee, Regional Site Tour, Municipal Dinner, and Reading Phillies Night.
